INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
You are recommended to install the speaker safety, checking that the fixing surface is resistant
and solid enough to support the weight of the speaker, so as to prevent the risk of it falling that
could put the safety of persons and structures in jeopardy.
1. Drill a hole of diameter Ø 245 mm (9.65”) in the false ceiling at the point chosen
for installing the speaker.
2. Insert the speaker in the hole as shown in Fig. 4 - point 1 .
3. Screw in the four screws that tighten the four attachment terminals A of the
speaker, as is shown in Fig. 4 - point
2 until the external flange touch the
ceiling.
4. Fit the metal protective mesh onto the front of the speaker as shown in Fig. 4
– point
3 . Use the adhesive felt, if available, to guarantee the grill clamping.
• Rotate the grille in order to match the 4 recessed parts present on the edge
of the grille itself with the 4 screw-areas used to install the speakers on
false-ceiling, then push on these points till the grille is locked.
•
Use a flat thin screw-driver to pull-out the grille, levering between the plastic
frame and the grille, in the cave position where the RCF logo is moulded.
