RELOADING SCALE CHECK WEIGHT SET–DELUXE
GENERAL INFORMATION Reloaders rely on their powder scales to accurately weigh safe powder charges and check the charges thrown by their powder measures. Correct readings are essential to safe reloading. Although RCBS reloading scales are designed and built to provide accurate readings, they should be checked at the beginning of each loading session. If the scale is not covered, dust or bits of grit can accumulate in the bearings and go unnoticed. The result can be an inaccurate reading.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Keep weights away from dirt, dust, excessive humidity, moisture and drastic temperature changes. Store the weights in their original containers. The weights may be cleaned by wiping gently with a clean lint free cloth that has a trace of ethyl alcohol or common window cleaner. Handling weights with forceps or tweezers will reduce the need for cleaning. Weights should be cleaned every six months.
