Additional Setup Features in the Menu

Press MENU to display tlle TV/VCR MA1NM_2VL_
Press 5 to select the SETUP 1_qenu.
Now you are ready to select an ite1:q fro_:qthe _:qenu to setup.
Auto Play This feature allows the TV/VCR to automatically start playing a
tape when it is inserted. (The salE.ty tab on the tape _:qustbe removed).
1. Press MENU to display llle TV/VCRMAINMEN_
2. Press 5 to display the SETUP 1:qenu.
3. Press 5 to change the Auto Play selling.
The Auto Play feature is set to On at the factory.
• Select On if you want a tape with its salary tab removed to start playing
automatically.
• Select Off if you do not want a tape will1 its safety mb removed to start
playing auto1:qatically.
Auto Repeat Feature This feature tells lhe TV/VCR to play a tape (or part of
a tape) continuously. The "lW/VCR will automalically rewind the tape, or a
selected portion of the tape, and play il repeatedly.
1. Using REW, FF, or PLAY,go to the place on the tape that you want to be
llle beginning of the section that automatically repeats. Reset llle time
counter to 0:00:00 by pressing DISPLAY, then CLEAR.
2. Using FF or PLAY,go to the place on the tape that you want to be the end
of the section that plays continuously. Remember the numbei:s on the time
counter. (2:55 is the end ti_:qel_)r Aulo Repeat in the example to the left.)
3. Press MENU to display llle TV/VCRMAINMENK
4. Press 5 to display the SETUP menu.
5. Press 3 to display the AUTO REP_Tmenu.
6. Using the number buttons, enter the amount of time you want the tape to
repeal (the number from Slep 2). In the example at right, the section that
llle "lW/VCR will auto_:qatically repeat is 2:55--two hours, 55 minutes long.
To Cancel Auto Repeat
Press MENU, then 5, then 3, and then CLEAR.
