After using Code Search to program your universal remote it is easy to get
the five digit code for the TV, VCR or Cable Box. For example to get your TV
code.
1. Manually turn on the TV.
2. Press and hold CHANNEL DOWN and
the TV Button, until the indicator light
blinks twice.
3.
Press CHANNEL DOWN twice and then
CHANNEL UP.
4. For the first digit of your code press
VOLUME UP and count the number of
red blinks.
5.
For the second digit of your code press
VOLUME DOWN and count the number of
red blinks.
6.
For the third digit of your code press
CHANNEL UP and count the number of
red blinks.
7.
For the fourth digit of your code press
CHANNEL DOWN and count the number of red
blinks.

For the fifth digit of your code press
CHANNEL DOWN again and count the number
of red blinks.

Write your five digit code on page 4 for
easy reference, then repeat steps l-8 to find
your VCR or CABLE code. Substitute the
appropriate device button in step 2.
