To set up a TV:

Manually turn on your television.
(Substitute VCR or Cable Box when pro-
gramming those devices).

Press and release the TV Button.(Substitute
the VCR or CABLE button when programming
the VCR or Cable Box).

Press and hold CHANNEL DOWN and
the TV Button until the red light blinks
twice. (Substitute the VCR or CABLE
button when programming the VCR or
Cable Box).
5.
Enter your 5 digit code using the CHANNEL
and VOLUME buttons
6.
Press POWER and the TV should turn off.
Press the TV Button. (Substitute the VCR or
CABLE button when programming the VCR
or Cable Box).
