Set the TV/CATV Signal
The TV/DVD signal is set to the CATV (cable-TV) signal when it is shipped from
the factory. If you are using an outside (off-air) antenna with your TV/DVD,
change the TV signal by following these steps:
1. Press the SETUP•MENU button to display the TV’s menu screen.
2. Highlight the (antenna) icon using the left/right arrows.
2. Press the up or down arrow to highlight TV/CATV.
3. Press the left or right arrow until TV (VHF/UHF) appears.
4. Press SETUP•MENU twice to exit menu.
Complete Auto Channel Search
Now that you have selected the signal, you must set up the channel list for all
channels viewable through your antenna or cable TV system. This is sometimes
called “auto programming.”
1. With the (antenna) icon highlighted, press up or down arrow to
highlight AUTO CH MEMORY.
2. Press the left or right arrow to begin auto programming.
When the search is complete, the TV/DVD automatically tunes to the first
channel in the channel list.
