9. PROFILE FUNCTION
Four prole slots are available for saving prole values. Each prole consists of three sets of target pitch
and / or roll value(s).
e.g. Prole 1:
Pitch Roll
Mode 1 11º
Mode 2
Mode 3
Mode
Mode 1 Main rotor blade measurement, only pitch value.
Mode 2 Roll value only.
Mode 3 Pitch and roll values.
Pitch / roll value and alarm function
When using the preset prole during measurement, if the pitch and / or roll measurement(s) of the pitch
gauge fall(s) in ±0.5 º of the target value(s), the pitch gauge will make a “beep” sound and the corresponding
word “pitch” and / or “roll” will ash on-screen. If the pitch and / or roll measurement(s) of the pitch gauge
fall(s) exactly on the target value(s), the pitch gauge will make a “beep beep” sound and the corresponding
word “pitch” and / or “roll” will ash twice on-screen.
Setting up a prole
1. Turn the pitch gauge on. By default, it will be in measuring mode.
2. Press and hold the “Set” button (10) for approx. 1.5 seconds to enter the prole setting mode.
3. Use the “Hold” / button (8) and “Zero” / button (9) to select one of the prole slot between P1 to

the “Hold” / button (8) and “Zero” / button (9) until a “beep” sound is heard. You will hear the
beep sound three times (counting down), then the reference level will be set.
6. After setting, the pitch gauge will return to the measurement mode.
