23.1 Throttle
Throttlecanbecomparedtoavehicle’sgaspedal.Morethrottleincreasespropellerspeed
and altitude and less throttle reduces propeller speed and altitude.
23.2 Elevator
Elevatordenotes the movementaroundthe lateral axis whichcanbe compared tothe
noddingofahead.Throughthis,the»NovaX350gainsightspeedforwardsorbackwards
or decelerates.
23.3 Rudder
Rudderdenotes the rotation of the »NovaX 350 around the rudder axis (vertical axis).
Thismovementeitheroccursunintentionallyduetothespeedtorqueofthepropellersor
intentionallyasaightdirectionchange.Forthe»NovaX350,thismovementiscontrolled
through speed variation of the individual propellers.
23.4 Aileron
Ailerondenotesthemovementaroundthelongitudinalaxiswhichcanbecomparedtothe
sidewaysrollingofaball(orthesidewayscrawlofacrab).Inthisway,throughliftingone
sidethe»NovaX350movestothesideindependentlyofitsforwarddirection.
23.5 Hover
Hoverdenotesaightstatusinwhichthe»NovaX350neitherrisesnorfallssothatthe
upwards directed uplift force is equal to the downwards directed weight.
23.6 Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3, Mode 4
Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3 and Mode 4 refer to the stick arrangement of the transmitter.
23.7 GNSS
