REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the four (4)

screws on the deck cover (circled in the image below).

Remove deck cover and set aside.

Disconnect all connectors from the controller.

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before performing any

assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2)

screws on the battery holder (circled in the image

below). Remove battery holder and set aside.

Remove the battery from the tray to give you access

to the controller. Set battery aside.

POWER CORE 90 CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS PART# W13111402015 Step 6 Step 5 When reconnecting the new controller, make sure to connect the wires from the controller on the silver colored prongs from the power switch, the brown wire connects to the middle prong and the yellow wire connects to the other silver prong. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws that attach the controller to the tray (circled in the image below). Remove old/damaged controller.
