A. Phillips screwdriver

B. 4 mm Allen wrench

C. Cutting pliers

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect

charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these

steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the six (6) screws on

the battery cover. There are three (3) on each side.

Remove both battery covers and set aside.

Step 3 Step 4 Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the two (2) hex bolts from the battery bracket. Remove the battery to have better access to the controller. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws that hold the controller to the frame. Step 5 Step 6 Cut the zip tie that holds the controller wires together. Locate and disconnect all connnectors from the controller including the blue and red wires that connect to the power switch.
