 BMW Individual High-End Audio System
features extraordinary high-performance
speakers with exclusive neodymium magnet
drivers that create an acoustic experience
comparable to a live concert. Volume and
equaliser settings automatically adjust to the
vehicle speed (available for the six-cylinder
models).

Radio BMW Professional, same features
as BMW Business CD, plus two-line display
to show detailed info on telephone numbers,
names or on-board computer functions and
connection for a CD changer.
 DAB tuner offers a large selection of digital
radio stations, with reception in perfect
sound quality across the entire broadcast area;
supports DAB+.

Radio BMW Business CD,  -channel
amplifier, aerial diversity, AUX-IN connection,
scan function, CD drive, MP decoder,
automatic volume control, five loudspeakers
(four mid-range speakers/tweeters and a
central subwoofer under the driver’s seat).

Six-speed automatic transmission with
ATM (Adaptive Transmission Management).
The gearshift mechanism enables very fast,
immaculate gear changes – for truly dynamic
performance (standard on    d, not for    d
and    d EfficientDynamics Edition).

Six-speed manual transmission for a very
sporty drive. Smooth, with perfect ratios and
precise, short-throw gearshifts. The tight
spacing of gear ratios means that you can make
even more individual use of the engine power
provided (not available on    d).

Automatic air conditioning, incl. AAR,
microfilter, fogging and solar sensors, rapidly
provides the desired climatic conditions in the
interior and maintains the selected temperature.
With individual temperature control at the front
(left/right), and ventilation and air conditioning
for the rear passengers.
