address.

Step‐by‐stepinstructionsforaddressingRS‐485MIunits:
1. Powertheunit.
2. Using eitherthebuttons or software, assign uniqueaddress
tothesensor.
3. Powerdowntheunit.
4. Repeatuntilallsensorshaveauniqueaddress.
5. On the last unit
in the network, activate the shunt resistor
aftertheunithasbeenpowereddown.

Failure to use shielded RS‐485 wire or  activation of the
shunt resistor when the unit is powered, can result in
damagetotheelectronics!

