Component Tests 7 - 10
Test 7 Test 8
Ensure power is isolated before
conducting test
Using a multimeter on the x1 resistance
scale, measure across the two fuse
terminals. The reading should be less than
1 ohm.
Warning – ‘Live’ equipment Personal
Protective Equipment should be worn
when conducting this test.
Using a multimeter on the AC voltage
scale, measure across terminals 5 and 9
on the terminal block. Normal voltage is 24
volts.
Test 9 Test 10
Warning – ‘Live’ equipment Personal
Protective Equipment should be worn
when conducting this test.
Disconnect the black wire to the control
panel cover from terminal 9 of the terminal
block and using a multimeter on the AC
voltage scale, measure across terminals 8
and 5 on the terminal block. Normal
voltage is 24 volts.
Warning – ‘Live’ equipment Personal
Protective Equipment should be worn
when conducting this test.
Using a multimeter on the AC voltage
scale, measure across terminals E10 &
E11 on the control board. Normal voltage
is 24 volts.
