Return Goods Policy
1. All returns are subject to our written approval and must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number issued by us prior to returning the product. This is necessary to assure customers of an
expeditious processing of their returns. The RGA # should appear on the shipping label (not on the
product or its box) and on all shipping documents. Return goods shipments without proper documents
are subject to refusal.
2. A request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number should include date or original purchase and
invoice number. Credit cannot be issued without a valid GPS/PSP invoice number.
3. Only products currently sold by GPS/PSP will be considered for return.
4. Returned items must be clean and in resalable condition. Goods that have been scratched, stained,
painted, marked, gouged, damaged, or used, or that have become shop-worn, are not acceptable for
return and credit.
5. Returned items must be of current design and color.
6. Special or Custom Order items will not be accepted for return unless prior agreement has been made
with GPS/PSP and the manufacturer.
7. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, as well as applicable outbound freight charges. These
charges will be deducted from the total net value of the product getting returned. If the return is deter-
mined to be due to an error by GPS/PSP, this deduction will not apply.
8. An additional charge, aside from the restocking charge may be deducted from the total net value of the
product for necessary labor to clean and rebox returned items.
9. Under no condition will merchandise be accepted for return after 12 months from date of purchase.
10. Returned merchandise must be sent freight prepaid within 60 days of our issuing the RGA number.
Return goods shipments sent freight collect are subject to refusal.
11. All products GPS/PSP sells carry the manufacturers’ warranties and are the sole responsibility of the
manufacturer. There are no other warranties or representations of any kind expressed or implied by GPS/
PSP. The customer will be responsible for transportation, labor costs, and any other incidental expenses
in connection with warranty repair or replacement. GPS/PSP is not responsible for damages caused by
any products. Credit for warranty items is not issued until the manufacturer has compensated GPS/PSP.
12. GPS/PSP is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in shipment.
