Fault Finding Tests 10A – 11B
Test 10A
Test 10B
Using a multimeter on the AC voltage
scale, measure between terminal marked
„P-SW‟ and terminal marked „GND‟ on the
control board.
The following result should be obtained:
24 Volts AC.
Isolate power, disconnect wiring at pressure or
flow switch. Restore power and using a
multimeter on the ohms scale, measure
between the two terminals on the pressure or
flow switch.
The following result should be obtained whilst
the pump is operating: 0 ohms (pressure or
flow switch closed).

Using a multimeter on the AC voltage
scale, measure between terminal marked
„VALVE‟ and terminal marked „GND‟ on
the control board.
The following result should be obtained:
24 Volts AC.
Using a multimeter on the AC voltage
scale, measure between terminal marked
„VALVE‟ and terminal marked „GND‟ on the
control board.
The following result should be obtained:
24 Volts AC.
