MARINEPOD
Mounting Solutions
MarinePod is a range of waterproof electronic equipment
housings designed to fit Whitlock and Edson steering
gear, both 9.5in and 12in wide rail systems. Its
unique design allows any pod to fit either system
with a template supplied for easy fitting.
Manufactured in the UK using a highly UV
resistant, acrylic capped ABS plastic and
specialist seal system, the pods fit to the
binnacle rail with heavy duty stainless steel
clamps which are included as
standard. The system can be
adapted to fit 7/8in, 1in and
1.25in diameter rail systems
or you can custom drill the
reinforced rear case to suit a
specific installation.

MARINEPOD MSP1
Mounting Pod
The MSP1 is a large 420x330mm pod suitable for bigger combi displays and
chart plotters with a display size of over 10in. It can also be used to mount
several smaller displays together such as instruments, autopilot control etc.

MARINEPOD MSP2
Mounting Pod
The MSP2 has a 370x290mm face making it ideal for medium-sized chartplotters,
radars and combi displays with 7-8in displays. It is the same width as the MSP3
instrument pod and so can be mounted together as a single pedestal installation.

MARINEPOD MSP3 & MSP4
Instrument Pods
The MSP3 and MSP4 instrument pods are designed to fit three or four standard
110x110mm displays respectively, but are also suitable for engine controls, wider
multi-function instrument displays and autopilot
control heads (eg Raymarine ST7002+ etc).

MARINEPOD MSP5-A
Single Instrument Pod
The MSP5-A is designed for mounting a single 110x110mm instrument. The rear
of the case has an extrusion with flat horizontal mounting point which can be used
to attach the pod to a bulkhead or other fixing point. The MSP5-A is supplied as
standard with a stainless steel mounting clamp which is suitable for attaching to a
pedestal guard rail.

MARINEPOD MSP1-P & MSP2-P
Power Pods With Deck Base
The MSP1P is a mounting pod designed for large multi function displays with
screen sizes over 10in. It can also be used with a smaller 8in display plus addi-
tional instruments. The smaller MSP2P is designed for medium size multi func-
tion displays with screen sizes between 7-8in.
Both feature a deck-mounted swivel base which allows easy rotation of the pod
to suit a range of viewing angles, making them ideal for power boat applications.
They fix easily to the deck or cockpit using just four screws.
