4. Insert the next rod into the
rod socket on the opposite
side of the speed ring,
and then fit it into your
softbox’s rod pocket.
5. Attach the next two flex
rods at a 90° angle from
where the first two rods
were inserted.
6. Attach the remaining
flex rods according to
the instructions above,
making sure to insert one
rod and then the next on
the opposite side of the
speed ring.
7. Once all the flex rods
are in place, the fabric of
your softbox should be
stretched taut, and your
softbox should retain its
shape.
