Silence AFTER Sequence - Sets period of silence
after the command sequence characters in mS.

Over-the-air (throughput) baud rate is factory-set only.
If a PC’s serial baud rate is set higher than the fixed
over-the-air baud rate of the module, may need to be
implemented.
