When one or multiple MCCAT switches are connected to the channel

ports of a single MCCAT switch, this KVM switch system is the so-calle
"two-tier system." The former MCCAT switches belong to the second tier,
and the latter is the first tier. You can connect computers to all channel
ports available in such a system, including those of the first tier and thos
of the second tier.
