UnlesstheKXII‐101isreleasedfromCC‐SGcontrol,youcannotaccess
thedevicedirectly.If,however,theKXII‐101doesnotreceiveheartbeat
messagesfromCommandCenter(e.g.,CommandCenterisnotonthe
network),youcanreleasetheKXII‐101fromCC‐SGcontrolinorderto
accessthede
vice.ThisisaccomplishedbyusingtheCCUnmanage
feature.
Note:Maintenancepermissionisrequiredtousethisfeature.
Whennoheartbeatmessagesarereceived,thefollowingmessageis
displayedwhenattemptingtoaccessthedevicedirectly:
