Moving Users between Groups
To organize users into groups, select the user group you want to modify, and on the User menu, click Add
User to Group (or click [Select Users] in the Groups window).
When the Select Users screen appears, add users to the group by selecting the user in the All Users list and
clicking [Æ] to move the user to the Users in Group list. To remove users from the group, select the user
in the Users in Group list and click [Å] to move the user to the All Users list.
Delete User Groups
To delete existing user groups, select the group that you wish to delete, right-click on the group icon, and
select Delete User Group. Before deleting a group, ensure that there are no users assigned to it, or those
users will also be deleted.
Create or Edit Users
1. To create a new User: On the User menu, click Add User. To edit an existing User: Select the user
that you wish to edit in the user list, right-click on the icon, and select User Properties. The Add User
or the Edit User window appears:
