Accessing Status Console
A password is not required to access the Status Console, but password usage can be enforced.
1. At the login prompt, type status. The read-only Status Console appears.

This screen dynamically displays information about the health of the system and whether CC-
SG and its sub-components are working.
The time in the upper-right corner of the screen is the last time at which the CC-SG data was
polled.
Information on this screen updates approximately every 5 seconds.
Type CTRL-L to clear the current screen and reload with updated information. You can
update the screen a maximum of once per second.
Pressing CTRL-Q or CTRL-C to exit the screen.
The Status Console does not accept any other inputs or screen navigation. All other inputs are
ignored.
The following table describes the statuses for CC-SG and the CC-SG database:
STATUS DESCRIPTION
CC-SG Status: Up
CC-SG is available.
CC-SG Status: Down
CC-SG may be in the process of rebooting. If the
Down status is continual, try restarting CC-SG.
CC-SG Status: Restarting
CC-SG is in the process of restarting.
DB Status: Responding
CC-SG’s database is available.
DB Status: Down
CC-SG may be in the process of rebooting.
