Defective retraction: - Tape shows no obvious signs of abuse or misuse but blade will not retract into the case fully

Broken spring - Tape shows no obvious signs of abuse or misuse but blade will not retract into the case or has come out of case altogether

Defective part - Tape shows no obvious signs of abuse or misuse but one or more parts is broken or missing
