Power on - The Tip Axis is inialized and the wire- cuer operates automacally.
No operaon takes place.
No sound emied.
Baery completely empty.
Conrm the baery is charged.
Perform normal charge.
Electrode plate has been oxidized.
Take out the baery and see if the electrode is brown.
Polish terminal part of the baery pack with clean cloth, etc.
Connuous short beeps.
Baery is empty.
Conrm the baery is charged.
Perform normal charge.
One short beep. CONTACT AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE
Twister cannot go back to the inial state.
Seven short beeps repeated.

Trigger ON - Wire sent out.
No wire is sent out.
Two short beeps. Curl guide is open. Open/close curl guide. Fully close curl guide. Three short beeps repeated.
Tie wire has run out.
Check if the e wrie has run out.
Set the new e wire.
Wire caught inside reel.
Check if wire inside reel has been loosened and caught.
Remove fray on reel.
Feeding channel is blocked with foreign substance.
Check the feeding channel.
Remove wire and use air blow gun to clean wire feeding channel by ring air through wire feed pipe (refer Cleaning Secon)
A small bump on e wire. Check e wire.
Cut o the part of the e wire with the small bump.

Binding wire draws a circle.
Curl is distorted and steps out of curl guide.
No sound emied.
Wire, by hing reinforcing bars, was repelled.
Check if wire hits reinforcing bars at binding.
Pay aenon so that wire does not hit reinforcing bars at binding.
