Note: Test results obtained under controlled laboratory conditions at 72°F (22°C)
and 50% relative humidity. Reasonable variations can occur due to atmospheric
and job site conditions.
Note: These dry times are dependent on ambient air conditions
of 70⁰F. Cooler temperatures or high humidity will impact the
drying time.
5. INSTALLATION
Preparation
Read all directions before starting work. Proper surface
preparation is crucial to achieving a successful application. The
surfaces to be applied on should be clean, dry, and free from
dust and grease. The ability for the adhesive to bond is only as
good as the substrate it is applied on. It is advisable to carry out
preliminary adhesion tests on the substrate. Avoid exposure of
unused material to air or moisture. A premium caulking gun that
is suitable for high viscosity materials is highly recommended.
For good workability, the adhesive should have a material
temperature of 68F.
Note: It is the responsibility of the installer/applicator to ensure the
suitability of the product for its intended use.
Application
Apply product as beads to stone, concrete, or other substrate in
intervals of a few inches each. Use hand pressure only to set
the object to be bonded into position before skinning occurs. An
incorrectly-positioned piece can easily be unfastened and
repositioned during the first few minutes after application.
Heavy objects greater than 20 lbs. in weight may need adhesive
tapes, wedges, or props to hold object in place until initial cure
has been achieved.
Clean Up
Excess cured material must be cut or scraped away followed by
wiping with isopropyl alcohol, aromatic or ketone-type solvents.
The use of these solvents (or other solvents) may be hazardous
to your health. KEEP AWAY FROM OPEN FLAME.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rapid Patch Rapid LocConcrete & Veneer Bond is an
innovative high-grab sealant which has high initial tack to hold
materials in place while the adhesive cures, specifically
designed for adhering stone, ceramic tile, and other
construction materials to vertical surfaces. Rapid Loc Concrete
& Veneer Bond is based on silyl-modified polymer technology
that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a fast,
tough, durable adhesive. Rapid Loc Concrete & Veneer Bond
exhibits excellent adhesive properties to most common
Substrates including stone, brick veneer, aluminum, brass,
vinyl, steel, stainless steel, glass, mirrors, mortar, concrete,
wood, OSB, plywood, ceramic tile, brick, foam board, pavers,
painted surfaces, fiberglass, and many plastics. Rapid Loc
Concrete & Veneer Bond is highly weather resistant, remains
flexible in low temperature extremes, and can be painted with
most paints.
