7 OPERATION
7.3.10 CONNECTING THE LIGHTING BAR. _____________________________________
1. Carefully Connect the Hyd 5/7 Lighting Bar to the
Tractor 7-Pin trailer socket (A). All lights should be
checked for correct operation.
ALWAYS CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS AND
WIRING HARNESSES ARE SECURE AND AWAY FROM
MOVING PARTS.
7.3.11 SET THE HEIGHT AND LEVEL THE UNIT _________________________________
1. The Hyd 5/7 height should be set to 400mm, measured as shown. The unit should then be leveled front to
back by adjusting the top link and side to side by adjusting the tractor lower arm height adjusters. The Hyd
5/7 sideways movement should be eliminated by adjusting the tractor stabilizer bars/Check Chains.
2. Reset the Hyd 5/7 Height to 400mm.
7.3.12 REMOVING THE STANDS ______________________________________________
1. Remove the Hyd 5/7 stands. (A). Stands are
removed by removing the two pins (B).
7.3.13 REMOVING THE UNIT _________________________________________________
1. Removal is the opposite of attaching the unit. Always
ensure all units are in the raised position and the
transport locks (A) are all in the locked position.
