NOTE
Always install the unit so that the “Inlet
and Outlets” are horizontal (See gure 1).
This unit is not intended for use within the
hazardous area, (Class 1, Div 1, or Zone 1).

NOTE
Outlet hose must be nylon with a
minimum temperature rating of 250°.
Filter heaters and air line heaters should be in-
stalled as close to the point of use as possible.
Existing or new pipelines, should be purged to
remove any collected debris.
1. Select position for the air line lter heater
system. It is vital to depressurize new or ex-
isting pipe work before installation.
2. Install air line lter heater system onto pipe-
line so that the “Inlet and Outlets” are hori-
zontal (See gure 1).
3. The unit must be installed a minimum of a 3’
radius from booth opening.
4. Mount system utilizing the mounting brackets
identied in gure 2.
5. Connect main air, bearing air, turbine pilot air
and gauge air as identied in gure 2.
6. During initial pressurization of the system, in-
let valves should be opened slowly to reduce
inlet velocities until system pressures are
stabilized. Check for leaks before putting lter
heater system into operation.
