This guide is intended for certifi ed factory trained technicians only. It is recommended that you bring BGA’s back to your

OOLS NEEDED
--> Phillips head screwdriver
--> Flat head screwdriver
--> Allen wrenches size 3mm and 4mm
--> Wrenches in following sizes:
--> 7mm and 8 mm
GETTING STARTED:
> Prepare a work area that can easily be cleaned.
> Prepare water solution in a tub, dish, pan or bowl.
- Espresso machine dairy cleaner in about 32oz of water (recommended) or...
- Dissolve a coffee cleaning tablet in about 32oz of water or...
- Squeeze lemon juice into about 32oz of water
Do NOT use dish soap or any harsh cleaners which contain abrasive chemicals. These items
can leave a nasty residue on the BGA components or damage them.
OTHER ITEMS NEEDED
--> Lubricant
> Viper lube Loctite PN 36781
> Krytox RFE PFPE Lube, Loctite PN 29711 (green tube
--> Clean rags/clothes
--> Espresso dairy cleaner, coffee cleaning tablets
or a Lemon
--> A dish, pan, tub, or bowl for water
--> Toothbrush or small group brush
