a pack containing threaded studs.

2. Tape corners of template to hold in place.

1 Locate desired spot for new plaque.!

With A level make sure paper template is

level and plumb. !

Before marking or drilling, step back and

conﬁrm location looks good.!

3. With template in place Pre-drill stud locations with 3/16” drill bit. Note. Pre-drill only X on template. Not every mark represents a stud location. 4. Thread in studs to tapped stud locations backside of address plaque. It is very important to not over tighten studs. 5. Using a Clear silicone squeeze small amount into each pre-drilled thread location. 6. To install plaque press threaded studs into pre-drilled hole locations.
