Owners manual and mounting instructions for stainless

style address plaque is a

hardware pack including (4)

Phillips head screws, and (4)

Aluminum spacers.

1. Find desired mounting location

for your new Plaque.!

2. With a level make sure back

panel is level and plumb, and with a

pen/marker use backer piece as a

template, and pre-mark screw hole

locations.

Find desired mounting location for your new Plaque. 2. With a level make sure back panel is level and plumb, and with a pen/marker use backer piece as a template, and pre-mark screw hole locations.

3. With locations marked place backer panel and spacer on wall, and insert first Phillips head screw through front plate, and screw into surface. Do not over tighten. 4. With first screw/spacer installed, straighten plaque/plate, and repeat with next 3 screws. 5. Once all screws are in place, make final adjustments, and snugly secure screws.
