Customer is responsible for shipping the defect or damage part to Ramsond for repairing if needed, then we will repair or replace with new one for free and
ship to owner at our cost; if no defected piece ship back to Ramsond but need replacement, Ramsond will provide the part for free but shipping expense will be
at buyer side.
Consequential Losses
Ramsond is not responsible for any responsibility of consequential losses. Consequential losses mean:
1. Indirect, unexpected or special losses or damages；
2. Losses of margin or expected margin of products or any ways related with products
