DUAL ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL
AIR RECIRCULATION
 •Use recirculation for maximum A/C operation.
 •For window defogging, turn recirculation off.
 •Recirculation is not allowed in defrost or defrost/floor
(mix) modes.
DIESEL EXHAUST BRAKE (ENGINE BRAKING)
 •The Exhaust Brake Switch, located below
the climate controls on the lower switch
panel, aids in vehicle braking when
turned on.
 •Once the switch is in the ON position and the vehicle is moving
faster than 5 mph, the exhaust brake will automatically
operate when the driver removes pressure from the
accelerator pedal.
•Refer to Owner’s Manual Diesel Supplement for further details.
AFTERMARKET MODIFICATIONS – NOT RECOMMENDED
 •Non-MOPAR
®
powertrain and exhaust after-treatment
modifications (i.e., power-up kits) are not recommended.
They can cause damage to the engine, powertrain and/or
exhaust system.
 •MOPAR
®
brand air, fuel and engine oil filters are STRONGLY
recommended for use in your vehicle. Non-MOPAR
®
brand air,
fuel and engine oil filters can damage your vehicle.
