In Germany the requirements for lighting on bicycles is regulated in
Section67oftheRoadTracLicensingRegulation(StVZO)andinthe
Technical Requirements for vehicle parts. Lighting includes both battery
anddynamo-poweredlights,andincludesreectorsthatworkwithouta
powersupplyandsimplyreectexternallight.
