concatenating. It complies with RS232 electrical standard and the
baud rate is 19200bps.
NOTE: 1. Hot-swapping of LNK-UP and LNK-DWN interfaces is forbidden.
2. Hot-swapping of sub-card interface on back panel is forbidden.
