Description :
This specific command allows the voice rate for bearer voice to be configured (available for outgoing
calls only).
Syntax :
Command syntax : AT+WVR=<n>

Note : Half Rate available.
AT+WVR=? +WVR: (0,1)
Note : If EFR available.
