3.2.5.6 Barring/Unbarring All Outgoing International Calls except to Home
Country
• Send command AT+CLCK=OX,<en>,<pwd><cr>
where:
<en> is the operation selected:
0 – Call Barring Disable (Unbarring)
1 – Call Barring Enable (Barring)
<pwd> is the network password required to change facility status
• wait for response:

1- Let's assume you want to bar all the outgoing international calls except the ones towards the Home
Country and the network password of your operator is 1234:
