<checksum>: 128-bit "fingerprint" of the phonebook
The checksums are presented in the following order : SM, FD,
ON, SN, EN, LD. If the phonebook is not present in the SIM, the
checksum is empty.
<ext_it_id>: interruption identifier

<EdgeState>: state of the edge in case of both edge (the interruption happens
with a high to low and low to high edge) (please refer to +WIPC
