Circuit operation
OUT 5V rises when MODE 1 is 1.4V (Typ.), and OUT 7V
rises when MODE 2 is 1.4V (Typ.). The reset output rises
with a delay time (td) when OUT 5V is 4.2V (Typ.), and
rises when OUT 5V is 4.1V (Typ.).
