30. Errata

30.1 Program and Erase Commands

Issue: The AT45DB321E incorporates a new Program Erase/Suspend feature that allows a

programming or erase operation in progress to main memory to be suspended for other

desired operations. The Program Erase/Suspend feature does not work properly on this

device and should not be attempted.

Workaround: None.

Resolution: The Program Erase/Suspend feature will be fixed with a new revision of the device. Please contact

Adesto for the estimated availability of the new revision.
