Description

Advanced Waterproofer is a solvent free, water-

based penetrating water repellent. It dries down

to a clear, invisible nish that does not change the

surface texture or look. This hydrophobic coating

is absorbed into the surface and creates a barrier

that repels water yet remains vapor permeable

and allows moisture to escape. It is formulated

to not be affected by weather or sunlight, and

helps prevent mold, mildew, and spalling and

cracking caused by freeze thaw cycles. Advanced

Waterproofer is suitable for areas subject to hot

tire trafc or high foot trafc. Ideal for porous and

unpainted, interior or exterior, vertical or horizontal

surfaces such as concrete, wood, brick, pavers,

stone, stucco, and other masonry surfaces.

Always apply material to a mock wall or test

panel. Test wall or actual surface area to

determine acceptable color, surface porosity,

application rates and methods before starting

application.

How to Apply 1. Surface should be clean and fully dry prior to application. 3. 4. 5. 6. Vertical Surface: Spray head should be held 8 to 12 inches from the surface so that the flood coat runs down the wall approximately 6-12 inches below the point of application. Apply using overlapping passes starting from the top. When product starts to drip, backroll with a short nap roller to ensure an even application. When surface is slightly damp to the touch, apply second coat.
