RECOMMENDED USES:

FLOOR-LOK is recommended for use on interior and exteri-

or horizontal concrete surfaces that are freshly-poured.

FLOOR-LOK can also be used on aged concrete.

FLOOR-LOK protects surfaces from damage caused by water

intrusion and seepage, chloride ion intrusion, cracking

caused by freeze/thaw cycles, spalling, and scaling, and helps

prevent efflorescence and lime run.

FLOOR-LOK complies with most federal agencies and is

USDA approved. FLOOR-LOK, composed of high-quality

chemical solids, is blended to create a clear, deep-

penetrating, and non-film-forming, chemically-reactive ma-

sonry water repellant. FLOOR-LOK contains no silicone oils,

paraffin wax, or urethanes, and will not yellow.

Notes: Multiple coats may be applied. Each succeeding coat will increase coverage rates. In winter applications, the use of temporary heating sources

may result in a 20% reduction of coverage rates. Always test a section of the surface for compatibility before general application.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Rainguard FLOOR-LOK Sealer Concentrate with MICRO-LOK is a wa-

ter-based clear silane/siloxane that will aid in curing, sealing, hardening,

and dustproofing interior and exterior horizontal surfaces including:

• Concrete Floors

• Parking Structures

• Concrete Decks

• Building Ramps

• Sidewalks

• Lightweight Concrete Floors

• Oil, Gas, and Brake Fluid Repellent, etc.

• Meets ASTM C-309

FLOOR-LOK Sealer Concentrate must be diluted

with 9 parts clean water with 1 part concentrate prior

to application.

PRECAUTIONS & LIMITATIONS All surfaces to be coated must be clean of any dirt and grime, efflorescence, lime run, form oils and release agents, grease, mud, excess mortar, and mold and mildew, etc. Protect from freezing. If material freezes do not apply. Test for adhesion prior to applying flooring adhesives. DILUTE THIS MATERIAL USING CLEAN WATER AT A RATIO OF 9 PARTS WATER TO 1 PART CONCENTRATE. Do not apply to surfaces if moisture content is greater than 22% as measured with an electronic moisture meter.
