RM900B_M1 is a high-sensitivity Sub 1GHz IEEE 802.15.4 module, which

offers a complete microcontroller/transceiver solution containing all hardware

features necessary for development of wireless application. It integrated

RM900B_M5 and RF Front END chips, such as LNA, PA, SAW Filter and so

on in order to enhance TX power and Receive Sensitivity.
