Return fw version and build time, for example
[BMv1.00 Feb 14 2011 10:11:11], this mean fw version is
V1.00 and build is on Feb 14 2011 10:11:11.

Set radio’s UID(MAC address).
Note:
The last two bytes must not set to 0x0000, 0xFFF0-
0xFFFF
Reset automatically.
