Local Mode: The 'LOCAL AUPC CONFIGURATION' Menu contains the local configuration
parameters for the AUPC Function.
MODE {DISABLED, NEAR SIDE, RADYNE, EFDATA}
DISABLED: Allows the user to enable or disable the Local
AUPC Function of the local modem.
