4. If the equipment is under warranty, it will be promptly repaired and returned to the user at
no charge (the user pays only the freight charge to the factory). If the equipment is out of
warranty, it will be promptly repaired. The customer will be charged for repairs and return
shipping.
4. Radyne ComStream, Inc. will notify the customer when the equipment is ready to be
shipped back to their facility.
