Filtering level influences the time of stabilization. The higher the filtering
level is the longer stabilization time is needed.

13.2. Median filter
This filter eliminates short changes (impulses) of measure signal
(e.g. shocks).
Procedure:
 Enter the submenu <P1.rEAd> and then:
Fnnd no - filter disabled
Fnnd YES - filter enabled
