System information

Note
If you need the system serial number, you can also look on the label at the back of the XT
Codec Unit.
Procedure
Step 1
From the Main Menu, select Configure using the XT Remote Control Unit.

Select System Status.
The system information is displayed.
Contacting Support
When you contact RADVISION for support, you must provide this information:

Serial number which identifies your unit
•
Software version
•
User code
