Resolving Camera Issues
Problem
I cannot see the camera’s output after setting up.
You can also check the camera's output remotely from the Scopia XT Endpoint for IP Office
web interface by selecting More Actions > Web Video:

Problem
I can see the camera’s output, but I cannot move the camera.
Solution
Change the video source to the correct camera, as described below.
1. Select Control Camera from the Main menu (or from the In-Call menu, during a call)
and press ok/menu.
2. Press ok/menu again.
