Configuring Gateway Settings
5 If you selected Independent at step 4, you need to assign a mode of
operation to each call leg, as follows:
In the ISDN (H.320) Mode and IP (H.323) Mode or Serial (H.320) Mode
fields, choose one of the following settings:
No Encryption—Encryption support is disabled.
Best Effort—The Gateway implements a “best effort” encryption
algorithm. If an endpoint supports encryption, it connects in an
encrypted way. If not, it connects without encryption.
Encryption Required—The Gateway connects only AES 128
encrypted calls.
6 Click Upload.

In the Advanced section of the Settings tab, you can configure, enable, and
disable various advanced Gateway settings.
Procedure
1 In the Gateway interface, on the sidebar, click Gateway (if not already
selected).
2 Click the Settings tab.
3 Click Advanced.
