Choose any file name desired and click save. Note that the File Type is
predetermined and cannot be changed. This file type was chosen in the previous
step as shown in Figure 3 - 20

The Archive Maintenance screen is activated by selecting the menu item

The “Purge Files Older Than:” drop down list is the number of days
that images will be retained in the Archive before being automatically
deleted. This retention policy also applies to log file entries. Thus all
logging entries older than that period will be removed as well.
